Under the direction of an assigned supervisor or designee, performs a variety of complex administrative duties to support departmental/divisional operations; provides customer service over the telephone and/or in person to the public and staff; responds to routine inquiries and provides general information, or refers customers to the appropriate personnel; types and processes records, reports, memos and correspondence; processes purchase requisitions, orders, budget documents and other financial data and activities, and maintains a variety of records and files according to established policies and procedures.
