As the Social Services Director, you will hold a pivotal role in our residents' lives and their families. From pre-admission to admissions processes, you'll listen, empathize, and provide individual and group support when required. Your ability to manage, communicate effectively, and multitask will be key to your success in this role.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (Required)
• Experience working with the elderly (Highly Preferred)
