Job Summary: Explains various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs. Suggests modifications and updates to clients’ existing insurance policies.

We are conveniently located in Fife and serve the surrounding areas including Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, Lakewood, and Olympia.

Insurance Sales Agent – Licensed Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed the production objectives assigned by the Agency Manager
- Build / maintain relationships with employees and customers to generate business
- Use a customer focused, needs based review process
- Continuous training and education
- Experienced in challenging sales environments.
- Open to flexible work schedules
- Driven and motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well on a team.
- Strong people skills with ability to manage different personality types and build trust.
- Confident and highly motivated self-starter who works well independently.
Insurance Sales Agent – Licensed Requirements:

- P&C License PREFERRED~ previous sales experience a plus
