Overview:
Odessa Memorial Health Center is seeking an experienced Interim Lab Manager to take on a leadership role within our lab. This position offers an incredible opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. As the main contact for the lab, youll be responsible for ensuring lab operations run smoothly, training and supporting staff, managing equipment maintenance, and handling scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lab operations to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
• Train and support lab staff, ensuring skill development and compliance.
• Schedule lab staff and manage day-to-day activities.
• Act as an advocate for patient care and uphold lab best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous acute care lab experience preferred.
• Previous lab technologist experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
