The Associate Director of International Student Recruitment reports directly to the Director of International Student Programs (ISP). This full-time exempt position has primary responsibility for the following areas:
 

• Recruitment of international students for Highline College - through the development of country specific recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.  The position will work as part of an international student marketing team, consisting of the Director of ISP, the Associate Director of International Student Recruitment, and the Global Programs Manager, with oversight from the Vice President of Administration and Global Initiatives;
• Management of the administrative and business functions of ISP, including supervision of admissions, office reception, agency contract management, and business processes – to ensure efficient and effective support for students from recruitment to enrollment;
• Support the overall institutional efforts on global educational programming.
