.NET LEAD DEVELOPER:
Our technology stack includesC#, .Net, .Net Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MSSQL 2012 and 2016, Redis, Mongo DB, JavaScript, CSS.  Previous experience with some, but not all of our stack is preferred. 
The Lead .NET Developer will lead and support initiatives focusing on implementing in-house business software solutions. The role will serve as a technical development lead to the team onsite. This is a hands-on position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, code, test and implement software solutions.
  • Drive and deliver development tasks utilizing .NET Framework, WCF Web Services, SQL Server.
  • Analyze business requirements and writes technical specifications with elegant design or redesign for complex applications.
  • Provide technical leadership for development and innovative solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to technical and business staff.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to outsourced development efforts.
  • On-call support as needed
  • Lead a technical discussion at times
  • Knowledge of AWS
 
Provide visibility to team impediments/risks and helps eliminate them
  • Coach and mentor agile team members and provide constructive performance feedback
  • Track and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Help developers and testers with task estimation in sprint planning sessions
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Understand the business processes and requirements
  • Work with Product Manager to resolve business impediments
  • Attend planning sessions, retrospectives, and daily scrums
  • Understand the technical flow behind the requirements

Desired experience and expertise:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Masters a plus.
  • 7-10 years of related .NET work experience
  • Well versed in SQL, Stored Procedures, and complex database aspects.
  • Experience in leading offshore development models
  • Strong design principles to create robust, scalable and extensible solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with peers, and senior staff
  • Proven leader, individual contributor, and team player with the ability to mentor and check the ego at the door.
