Alltek Staffing is partnering with of an area civil engineering consulting firm that focuses on land development and commercial engineering. They are looking to add a Civil Engineering PM to their team that has some BD experience.
Job Details:
This is a direct hire role that comes with a salary, healthcare and PTO.
Position is traditional 8-5.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Guidance of junior staff preparing concept drawings based upon Client’s development objectives
- Hydrology and hydraulics, Erosion and sediment controls, Stormwater management controls, Land development, Material balance assessments, Geotechnical evaluations, Highway occupancy permits, Construction specification development
- Final grading design with Civil 3D and earthwork analysis
- Review & coordination of utility systems and stormwater management design
- Oversight of erosion & sediment control design, calculations, BMP’s, and construction sequencing
- Verification of site work construction cost estimates
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer Required
- 8+ years of Land Development & Permitting Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understands AutoCAD Civil 3D very well.
- Experience with Commercial, Office Park and Subdivision Land Development type of work.
