Crossroads Community Center is hiring a Lead Pre-School Teacher!
 
We are seeking a lead Pre-School Teacher for our Pre-Kindergarten 4- and 5-year-old program.   The primary responsibility of the pre-school lead teacher is to always provide supervision and safety of the children.   Each day the teacher is responsible to sign the children in/out of class, ensure that a Child Waiver Form is completed by the parent/guardian.  The Parkside classroom at Crossroads is full of learning activities and opportunities for growth, both academically and socially.   The teacher will provide art, singing, circle time exploration, and structured games and activities, with a monthly based theme.  The teacher will work with a pre-school assistant to develop a cooperative, supportive, and enthusiastic atmosphere.  The ideal candidate would have experience working with pre-school and/or elementary children and with diverse populations.
 
Work Schedule:  
The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00am-1:30pm., 4-week summer component.
