As the Operations Manager for our Flagship Roastery, you will be entrusted with overseeing all operational facets to guarantee peak efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role entails propelling business expansion, upholding brand standards, and nurturing a conducive workplace environment for our dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Oversight: Spearhead the day-to-day operations of the Roastery and Bakery, ensuring strict adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures for sustained operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and nurture a top-tier team of managers and staff members, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work atmosphere that enhances productivity and employee engagement.
  • Customer Experience: Champion the delivery of extraordinary customer experiences by implementing strategies to elevate satisfaction levels, loyalty, and retention rates. Swiftly address customer feedback and concerns to uphold our commitment to service excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold unwavering standards of quality across all offerings. Enforce food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and quality control measures, conducting regular audits to fortify our brand integrity.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to craft and execute strategic plans, initiatives, and business objectives. Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED; Food Handlers Permit; Adherence to Coffee NDA Policy.

  • Previous retail management experience; Proficiency in P&L management.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Physical capability to handle daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
