We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching our service technicians to various job sites, ensuring prompt and effective service delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect from Legacy Heating & Cooling.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC & refrigeration service technicians to customer locations according to service needs and technician availability.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service schedules and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor and track service requests, ensuring timely completion of all jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician assignments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of necessary parts and equipment.
- Handle emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed to meet urgent demands.
- Provide support to service technicians by ensuring they have all the necessary information and resources for each job.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dispatching role, preferably within the HVAC or service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Service Titan experience preferred and proficiency in Excel and Teams is a plus.
