Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sellers and buyers, and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and under the best terms
• Evaluate clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Promote sales through various marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win situations
• Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
