RTC is hiring an Interim Instructional Designer! RTC has a goal of making all hands-on programs hybrid or flex as quickly as possible. To support that goal, the Instructional Designer will need to efficiently develop content to implement the curricular vision of faculty subject matter experts (SMEs). The Instructional Designer works directly with faculty, developing course design and content for prof-tech and academic programs. As part of the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning, the Instructional Designer participates in planning, implementation and assessment activities for faculty teaching in all modalities.
This position is temporary for one year with the possibility of a two-year extension. The Interim Instructional Designer is a full-time position and exempt from civil service and representation. The instructional Designer is part of the eLearning team, and reports to the Associate Dean of Instruction. The pay range for this exempt position is $82,000-$86,000 Annually. The priority consideration date for this position is November 15th, 2024.
