Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 (DOE)

What You’ll be Doing:
- Prepare, load, and unload stock to be placed on mobile unit and in warehouse for the mobile concept business.
- Drive company box truck to onsite mobile client shopping events, overnight travel will be expected.
- Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, and technical, and operating standards through continuous learning.
- Conduct and supervise on-site mobile retail storefront for client shopping events.
- Provide in-store supervisor support during times when mobile events are not scheduled.
- Work with store leadership to plan mobile event resources.
- Organize products, maintain inventory and be comfortable completing sale transactions.
What You’ll Need:
- Footwear selling experience.
- Retail footwear and/or wholesale experience.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Comfortable driving company box truck.
- Be 21 years or older.
- Clean or close to clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Lifting 50 pounds, bending/squatting to lace shoes, overhead lifting, twisting, climbing a ladder, standing for long periods of time.
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience required), and one to three years relevant experience/training.
- Motivation to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and problem solving.
- Team and collaboration orientation.
- Effective Written/Verbal Communication.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to overnight travel within the region approximately 5-6 times a year.
- Adhere to all mobile operations as defined in each SOP.
