Overview:

As a Hybrid Medicare Sales and  Enrollment Supervisor , you will lead a team of Telesales agents to enroll consumers into Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. This role requires a proactive supervisor capable of driving team performance through continuous coaching and hands-on leadership. The candidate must excel in the fast-paced and dynamic AEP environment, with the ability to pivot strategies effectively during critical enrollment periods and as organizational goals evolve.

Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the training department to manage the classroom environment. Engage in role-playing exercises to prepare agents for sales scenarios.
  • Sales Leadership: Mentor and motivate agents to achieve and exceed sales goals while ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales targets, call quality, attendance, and adherence metrics. Provide regular feedback and one-on-one coaching to enhance agent performance, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Off-Season Engagement: During the off-season, you will engage directly with consumers through taking inbound consumer calls. This keeps you connected with our consumers and provides an opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise, reinforcing your leadership and supervisory skills. Additionally, you will also support recruiting efforts by working closely with leadership to complete candidate interviews to identify top talent for the next upcoming season.
  • Accountable for the daily, weekly, and monthly activities of all team members.
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals such as quality, adherence, service level and average handling times are met.
  • Ensures compliance to policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
  • Monitors team chat to answer questions and discuss project priorities with the team.
  • Monitor and evaluate teams calls on a daily/weekly basis.
  • During employment, you will be required to complete coursework and pass an exam to obtain a Health Producer License in your state of residency. This is BroadPath funded.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as a call center supervisor (preferably managing a Telesales team).
  • Minimum of one year experience in HealthCare industry (preferably with Medicare Advantage experience).
  • Experience managing employee performance including coaching to call center metrics.
  • Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
  • Experience with support channels including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required licenses and certifications for this role. 
  • Must reside in Longview, WA, within commuting distance of our Hive location.
