Location : Seattle, WA – Local Candidates only

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Convert wireframes and mockups into prototype pages and applications.
Build reusable, testable code and libraries for future use.
Provide feedback about the technical feasibility and usability of web designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Will be working with a core team of 4-5 people- varying roles: senior dev, dev II, SDET lead
They will additionally work with some vendors, ultimately forming a SCRUM

Must haves:

3+ years of hands on website development
Strong understanding of client-side scripting in plain JavaScript and using frameworks.
Strong understanding of web markup, including HTML and CSS.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Strong understanding of web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML)
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image

Nice to have:

Experience working with node.js
Full stack experience with Java / C#
Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments

Things to note:

All interviews will be in-person and will involve both technical components and culture fit components
