Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations for assigned properties.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
3. Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate and timely billing, rent collection, and lease administration.
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
5. Conduct regular audits of property-related expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
6. Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and anomalies, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting position strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
