We're seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the healthcare technology industry. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for healthcare facilities, emergency medical services (EMS), and other key verticals, aligning efforts with corporate goals.
- Execute sales strategies effectively, guiding deals through the pipeline to closure, and managing trade show participation and contracting processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Initiatives and Customer Success, to align sales strategies, implementation plans, and customer retention efforts.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Manage customer relationships at the health system and facility/EMS levels, ensuring post-sale socialization and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Spearhead retention efforts, including account management, renewal activities, and facilitating regional user groups.
- Optimize pricing strategies for healthcare facilities and EMS to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare information technology (HIT).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or sales operations, with proficiency in CRM systems.
- Proficiency in general business technology, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and a keen ability to quickly master new applications.
- Understanding of industry compliance standards, particularly HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven mindset, with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, geographically distributed team environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

- Experience in selling SaaS solutions or services.
- Understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and pricing models.

Travel: Up to 50% travel is required for this position.
