Through our comprehensive services, we ensure access to both traditional and non-traditional investment opportunities for advisors, managers, sponsors, and participants.

**Essential Job Duties**

- Collaborate with plan sponsors to design optimal retirement plans that align with their goals and maximize program success.

- Provide plan design recommendations and support by crafting plan documents and amendments based on client consultations.

- Engage in consultative plan design calls with sponsors and advisors during the implementation process.

- Foster sponsor education and engagement by working closely with internal and external stakeholders on plan design and related matters.

- Manage vendor relationships effectively to support plan operations and client needs.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes through networking and professional development activities.

- Conduct informative training sessions for clients and partners.

- Participate in departmental projects as a subject matter expert.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- 3+ years of experience in the retirement industry, with a focus on DC plan administration.

- Strong communication skills and dedication to superior customer service.

- Proficiency in plan document interpretation, analysis, and drafting.

- Excellent attention to detail and numerical proficiency.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends.

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

- ASPPA Retirement Plan credentials (e.g., RPF, QKA, QPA) preferred.

- Consultant or Advisory credentials from relevant institutions.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**

- This position primarily involves sitting and computer use.

- Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds may be required.

- Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are necessary.

- The work environment is typically indoors with minimal travel required.
