Position: Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Location: Redmond, WA

Salary: $80,000 per year + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Develop and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste
• Create and monitor kitchen schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
• Manage inventory and control costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
• Implement and enforce sanitation and safety procedures to comply with health regulations
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
