| Should be knowledgeable on the end-to-end flows that happen via ICS. |
| Should be aware of how to monitor and track the integration components |
| Should be able to debug issues when there is a failure in the execution of integration components |
| Should be aware of how to resolve performance problems |
| Should be aware of when and how to use ICS versus SOACS, their pros and cons |
| Should have good communication skills to articulate issues and solutions in this area |
| Should understand customer requirements and prepare techno-functional specifications for developers |
| Should be able to do root cause analysis for production issues |
| Should be able to interact across teams in preparing written analyses, reports, presentations, and case studies on the project scope and/or results of activities. |
