We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for State job openings in a Psychiatric Treatment / Behavioral facility in Medical Lake, Washington.

• SALARY IS $76,376 ANNUALLY

• Behavioral Health treatment facility providing nursing services for mentally ill patients

• You do not need prior behavioral experience

• THERE IS NO VACCINE REQUIREMENT

Standard shifts, full-time LPN positions:

• Day - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

• Evening - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

• Night - 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

• ALL SHIFTS REQUIRE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

• State position with FULL STATE BENEFITS

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.

• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington LPN license

• Experience in providing direct patient care

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
