QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

• 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• EPA Certification
• Completion of a Total Tech course or a program from another HVAC training school
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

As our HVAC Service Manager, you oversee and manage a team of HVAC technicians. Working closely alongside them, you ensure customer satisfaction as well as maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity. Each day, you review the schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites. As the team leader, you manage and train your crew to ensure quality and efficient service delivery. Always safety-conscious, you ensure our job sites are compliant with safety regulations and that all work performed is up to code. Additionally, you communicate with clients to address their concerns and provide updates on service delivery.
