MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree in Business, or related field required.

Five to seven (5-7) years' experience in grants/contracts management.

Proven track record of managing grants/contracts budgets and advising senior staff on funders' compliance expectations.

Proven ability in community health grants/contracts.

Excellent ability to explain grants/contracts compliance concepts to all levels and personnel from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Understanding of American Indian/Alaska Native community and health issues as well as those of the surrounding community.
