Overview of the Executive/Personal Assistant Role:
- Manage a schedule and appointments across multiple time zones, Handle travel arrangements and itinerary management
- Communication and project management
- Document Organization and Filing; Personal Items Inventory and Organization; Personal shopping and gift procurement
- Liaison with insurance, doctors, interior decorators and other vendors and organizations
- Attend meetings, note taking, project reminders, Collaborate with other Family Office staff
- Answer Emails, make Phone Calls
- Research topics and problem solve solutions, Possible future event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the Executive/Personal Assistant:
- 10+ years of experience as an executive/personal assistant
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of the correct tone to use with each correspondent.
- The ability to relay information to the principal in a clear and concise manner, judging the importance of tasks, and juggle time zones and travel challenges as they arise.
- Ability to travel when needed and be available on occasion outside of typical business hours.
