We are seeking a friendly and skilled temporary customer service representative to cover for a leave. Assignment is anticipated to last through mid October. The customer service representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries, scheduling service calls and resolving complaints.

Monday - Friday
8: 00am - 5: 00pm

Pay - $19/hour

Qualifications:

* Prior call center experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Ability to organize and prioritize work.
* Ability to multi-task
* High school diploma
* Previous dispatching experience preferred.
