This position will be a part of the first teaching cohort to kick-off the SW WA Rural CTE Cooperative. This innovative model is one of the first of its kind to offer hybrid instruction in Career Technical education to students across multiple school districts. This position is grant funded and contingent on ongoing funding beyond a one-year appointment.  

The primary goal of the course is to prepare students to enter the Full Stack Web Developer Apprenticeship program by earning industry recognized certifications. As the instructor you will prepare students for exams, help students create a portfolio, learn essential job skills, learn programming with Python, HTML, CSS and introduction to JavaScript.

Assignment/Location:
This position will be part-time, 77 day contract (.41621 FTE). It will be hybrid, working at ESD 112 in Vancouver, WA and remote, with frequent travel throughout the ESD 112 region. This position is for the 2024-2025 school year, with possible summer onboarding and professional development. 

Salary Information:
The annual salary range for this position is $21,454.79 - $36,710.97. Salary placement is based on education and experience.
