Role Overview:

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our Operations team, contributing significantly to our core business systems and practices. Collaborating across various business units, you'll utilize your unique skill set to drive projects to successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include creating and optimizing workflows and processes for organizational-wide implementation.

How You'll Make an Impact:

- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evaluate new initiatives for strategic alignment, impact potential, resource needs, and feasibility.
- Act as a liaison between multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to provide clear insights for decision-making.
- Formulate comprehensive strategies to enhance efficiency, including goal setting and performance tracking.
- Coordinate external communications, supporting Operations while collaborating closely with Marketing and Growth.
- Ensure thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure resilient and compliant business operations.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Provide Operations leadership with operational KPIs and reporting from team-utilized software.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to support team members' needs and cultivate team culture.

How to Stand Out:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in leveraging technology for exceptional customer experiences.
- Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM systems for reporting and visualization.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Google Suite, Excel, and task management software.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in system design and documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
