Renton Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Business Office Manager (BOM) for our Skilled Nursing Facility!
Senior Business Office Manager will help train. We are committed to ongoing education and support of our Business Office Manager. We provide ongoing education from the Senior Business Office Manager and Administrator.
We appreciate BOM's with LTC/SNF experience and your salary will be based on your prior success as a Business Office Manager.

Business Office Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages billing, AR, and collection activities in the facility.
- Organizes, evaluates, and monitors business office operations and supervises assigned personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Performs collection activities for patient accounts.
- Reconciles resident trust accounts and petty cash.
- Establishes and maintains a system of financial record keeping including issuing receipts, preparing, and making bank deposits and recording payments using proper segregation of duties.

Requirements:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ experience in 3rd party billing and reimbursement including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance preferred.
- We prefer candidates with previous long term care experience and are knowledgeable with resident trust funds.
- Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Experience with MS Suite preferred
