Pay Rate: $18.50/ hr on W2
Details:

*Hardware:*
1. Execute Retrofits
2. Perform Reworks
3. Conduct Repairs - Diagnose and repair hardware issues efficiently.

*Inventory Management:*
1. Re-establish and optimize the 2-bin system for program-related inventory.
2. Maintain optimal inventory levels for current programs.
3. Collaborate with the Supply Chain team for timely replenishment.
4. Identify and remove obsolete inventory.
5. Organize and uphold the 2-bin system during project changes, adhering to 5S standards.

*Receiving:*
1. Establish 5S inventory staging areas for both packaged and unpackaged receipts.
2. Utilize non-powered forklift to unload pallets and organize inventory staging areas during shift hours.
3. Unpack parcels and pallets, responsibly recycle and store dunnage (single-use vs. multi-use).
4. Systematically put away receipts into designated locations (2-bin system for inventory, specific staging for engineers).
5. Notify engineers or relevant stakeholders of received items (excluding items integrated into the 2-bin system).

*Shipping:*
1. Collaborate with Canvas to collect shipment details (content, timing, destination, recipient).
2. Collect components, ensure proper dunnage, pack, and label shipments.
3. Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers, confirming handoff of parcels or loaded pallets during shifts.
4. Keep a well-maintained stock of dunnage for future shipments.

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**
1. Background as a hardware technician.
2. Proficient in spreadsheet usage.
3. Willingness to learn the operation of a manual high-reach pallet jack.

**PREFERRED SKILLS:**
1. Previous experience in managing inventory for small business units.
2. Experience with or ability to learn the 2-bin inventory management system.
