Position Overview 

  • Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
  • On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
  • Compensation Package
    • $33.65 to $33.65 / Hour*
    • Potential for reimbursement on moving expenses up to $2,500 for out of state applicants willing to relocate.

    • 401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match.
    • Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year).
    • Paid vacation starting at three weeks and increasing with tenure.
    • 13 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays of your choice.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in a corporate office environment.
  • Experience in Property Management/Real Estate preferred.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive attitude and a team mentality.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
  • Must be able to speak, write and understand English.

Your Role 

  • Coordination, communication, reporting and operational tasks.
  • Operational reporting for all properties.
  • Handle one time and recurring Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate corporate meetings and travel for top executives and site-level employees.
  • Assist with corporate events and projects.
  • Generate and review various reports – daily, monthly and weekly.
  • Audit property bonuses, communicate discrepancies and prepare bonus worksheets.
  • Monthly expense reports.
  • Review incident reports and gather proper documentation.
  • Check Resident Care Line and APM voicemail and distribute messages daily.
  • Handle APM travel requests.
  • Maintain monthly property calendars and property lists.
  • Order trophies for employee anniversaries and name tags/name badges for new employees.
