This is an in-person, full-time, salaried/exempt position based in Wenatchee, WA. Employee will perform a wide range of sales related duties, including but not limited to the below.
Specific Responsibilities/functions:
Ø Conduct outside sales to bring in new business and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Ø Engage in lead generation, including cold calling and door knocking.
Ø Upsell existing customers to increase business.
Ø Successfully sell company’s products and services, meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales goals.
Ø Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers.
Ø Property and client management: for full-service properties, complete bi-weekly/monthly checks to make recommendations and confirm that all services in service plans are provided. Work with building/maintenance managers to ensure all operations run smoothly.
Ø Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with existing customer base – answer and return customer phone calls in a timely manner.
We need you to have:
Ø Valid driver’s license (Required)
Ø Clean driving record (Required)
Ø Have or ability to acquire WSDA pesticide applicator license (Required)
Ø Tree and turf health and disease experience (Recommended)
Ø Insect & rodent control experience (Recommended)
Ø IPM (Integrated Pest Management) experience (Recommended)
Ø Lawn/landscape/property maintenance (Recommended)
Ø Project management experience (Recommended)
Ø Basic landscape design (Recommended)
Ø Chemical application knowledge (Recommended)
Nice-to-have (but not required) skills and experience:
Ø Previous industry experience in both landscape maintenance and chemical application
Ø Competitive bid experience
Ø Outside sales/cold calling experience
Ø Outstanding time management
Ø Funnel/Lead management experience
Ø Team management experience
Ø Keen eye/attention to detail in all facets of work
Ø Snow Services (Plowing, Blowing, & De-icing)
Ø Plan center project bidding

Schedule:
Ø Day shift - Monday to Friday
