The main function of a process engineer is to drive the development of new processes and materials for camera and depth module projects and contribute to the core expertise of a world-class engineering team. Framing process and materials research problems, plan projects, and lead the execution. Development of state-of-the-art processes and prototypes will require the intersection of novel materials, mechanical, electrical, and software fields.
Must-Have Skills
- Ability to track and organize documentation, experiment results, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work-in-progress (WIP) logs.
- Experience scaling processes/process development/process improvement/process scale-up from research to pilot-production or mass manufacture, and implementing quality control procedures to resolve processing problems.
- Ability to design and implement process development plans, design of experiments (DOE), establishing critical process parameters and quality control strategies
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Presentation skills
- Data analysis skills
- Experience working with XFN teams
- Communicating with Asia-Pacific teams.
Degrees/Certifications:
- Degrees in Mechanical engineering, chemical engineering have historically been successful but not required.
- 7-10 Years Experience.

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
