Express is now hiring an Accounting Assistant for a local construction business in Yelm, WA. This is an evaluation to hire, permanent, in office position. The schedule will be a Monday-Friday day shift, 7:30a-4pm and the pay range is $18-$22/hr DOE.
Job Duties:
- Assist in accounts payable and payroll processing at various levels
• Direct clerical support for accounting department as assigned
• Word processing/letters/spreadsheet input as assigned
• Organize and maintain accurate accounting records
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and delivery
• Office supplies ordering, stocking, and upkeep
• Phone and front office reception
• Greet customers and route accordingly
• Office machine stocking and upkeep
• Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
• 1 year data entry experience
• Microsoft Office experience including Excel and Word required
• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience with Accounting software helpful
