Provide technical expertise and consumer insights to drive digital transformation. Engage in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, maintenance, or other integrated solutions of Microsoft products. Promote adoption of technology by helping users optimize specialized solutions, which may include the demonstration of features beyond core functionality, dissemination of technical information on complex applications, and guidance regarding best practice adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert in a pre- or post-sales production environment and resolve any complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to assess utilization of Microsoft technologies and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and integration of solutions. Apply a structured methodology while administering assigned change management assessments and surveys. Prepare training plans to help IT and end-users develop knowledge and capabilities. Implement feedback mechanisms to help sustain customer long term cloud adoption. Prepare assigned measurement metrics and dashboards to review and monitor change progress. Troubleshoot frontline technical readiness and process compliance to accelerate scalability. Advise stakeholders on the installation and support related to systems, networks, or data communications technologies and conduct related product capability assessments and validation. May build a mini-application based on customer requirements, which involves rapid prototyping or product demonstration. May collaborate with cross functional teams to research market conditions to gather information and determine potential sales of a product or service, or create a marketing campaign. May analyze information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Perform related tasks that utilize the same skills. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Six months of experience providing technical expertise to support transformation and/or automation of business processes.
- Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the following: Project management and project execution that includes project management, engagement participation (working as a team), requirements gathering, prototyping and demonstration (mock up or live), communications, and planning and orchestration; Measurement and Dashboard Development utilizing PowerBI and low code development; Learning and Skilling Assessment and Development; Office Suite; Power BI; and SharePoint.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (M056267512), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $83,055 to $113,055.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
