The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $60,435.00 – $84,533.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $53,720.00 - $75,140.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

- Provide oversight to employee leaders of employee resource groups (ERGs) and related affinity groups, including annual planning, process documentation, coordinating meetings, and developing communications to promote events.
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and support new ERG communities across the organization that push forward our mission and vision.
- Recognize culturally specific holidays and observances by maintaining an annual calendar, researching relevant events, scheduling guest speakers, and crafting internal communication content.
- Assist the Corporate DEI Program Manager with strategy and roadmap development as well as reporting on goals and initiatives.
- Manage DEI expenses for budget account reconciliation, which includes employee resource groups, conferences, training, etc.
- Analyze and visualize data with an equity-focus.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate diversity, equity, and inclusion events, workshops, and learning opportunities.
- Partner with Learning & Development to create or curate DEI learning content.
- Develop and update DEI-focused SharePoint pages and DEI content for internal communication.

- Proven success implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and programs with diverse populations.
- Ability to build consensus and community on diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
- Commitment to ongoing personal development around evolving DEI issues.
- Experience managing or supporting Employee Resource Groups, Affinity Groups, or similar employee-led groups within an organization, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds.
- Experience collecting and/or analyzing data to gather employee feedback, measure the efficiency of initiatives, or identify bias in processes.
- Effective communication using verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years’ experience or 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
