Salary: $157,841/year to $219,450/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Duties:
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, engineer, Data and Analytics and policy to lead or coordinate strategic projects and scaled solutions to enforcement problems. Analyze data, identify trends for harm on the platform and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements. Partner within and outside the team to forecast and plan staffing models to support top priorities. Drive key performance metrics, provide regular reporting and ensure the results contribute to overall project success. Drive escalation mitigation efforts for content enforcement areas.
Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field and 36 months of work experience in job offered or in a related occupation.
Experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:
- Work in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent team.
- Program and project management driving end to end initiatives, specifically, lead team meetings, planning/roadmapping, cross-functional coordination and reporting.
- Implementing strategies, processes, and solutions that increase process efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitoring, understanding and reporting KPIs to continuously improve the health of the organization or company’s operations
- Analyzing large datasets in SQL or similar tools.
- Performing root cause analysis or case management where necessary to solve issues and provide quantitative insights
- Working in, communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams.
