Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for TikTok Shop to align it with the overall business objectives by understanding user needs, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Create, plan, and manage the product roadmap for TikTok Shop by defining the short-term and long-term goals, identifying key milestones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define and prioritize product features by gathering requirements, conducting user research, creating user stories and wireframes, and working closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience for TikTok Shop by conducting user testing, gathering feedback, and leveraging data analytics to optimize the user journey, improve conversion rates, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of TikTok Shop features and campaigns by tracking key metrics, conducting A/B testing, and leveraging data-driven insights to make data-informed decisions, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in performing end-to-end product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams in product conceptualization, design, development, and deployment.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Gathering and analyzing large digital data sets containing both structured and unstructured data to derive customer insights using statistics programming tools Excel and R;
- Designing A/B testing to improve product performance based on data-driven performance monitoring;
- Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insight to influence product roadmaps;
- Building and managing user feedback loop, including triaging, quantifying, and prioritizing user pain points, usability issues, and feature requests to be considered by product and engineering in future developments; and
- Building and streamlining processes and workflows using Jira, and tracking projects status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic travel up to 20% required.
