- Manufacturing and assembly experience utilizing various machines and processes
- Inventory control experience utilizing various packing, picking, and issuing
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
- Organizational ability
- Problem solving skills
- Understanding of 6S and Lean practices
- Ability to work independently as well as collectively
- Customer service skills; able to relate well to all internal and external customers
- Experience providing on-the-job training
