We are looking for a program manager to oversee our Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) Program and other program initiatives such as Clinical Quality - HEDIS and Defense Health Agency (DHA) deliverables. The high standards set by URAC keep pace with the rapid changes in the healthcare system and provide a mark of distinction for healthcare organizations to demonstrate their commitment to quality and accountability. URAC works to ensure that the future of healthcare controls costs, raises quality, and improves overall health outcomes. URAC accreditation is as an evaluative, rigorous, transparent, and comprehensive process in which a healthcare organization undergoes an examination of its systems, processes, and performance by an impartial external organization to ensure that it is conducting business in a manner that meets predetermined criteria and is consistent with national standards.
This position should report to the Director of Operations.
The Program Manager Patient Experience is responsible for assessing current member experience, identifying opportunities and implementing processes to improve the member experience across the care continuum. The position will facilitate and advance innovations in member experience that include both local and system-wide. Promotes a transparent culture that seeks member feedback at all points of care. Engages caregivers and providers at all levels to influence change that achieves the PacMed goal of "simply the right care." The Program Manager Patient Experience is responsible ensuring superior customer service is delivered to USFHP member and their families. Ensure compliance and service targets are met, and any major issues and service failures impeding are identified, resolved and/or escalated.

Required qualifications:
5 years Health care operations experience.
5 years Customer service management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
5 years Experience in consumer marketing (customer services, healthcare, direct-to-consumer) where customer lifetime value and net promoter methodologies are utilized.
2 years Experience in the healthcare industry.
