Strasser Woodenworks, Inc. is a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality bathroom vanities and accessories. Strasser has been in business since 1982.
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to support our Dealer Customers, Sales Representatives and Homeowners/end-users. Through phone and computer interaction, provide product/service information, enter orders, and be a resource in a moderate paced work environment.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to learn new things and directions. The person will support Strasser’s continuing goal to ensure excellent service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer external phone calls/emails from Dealer Customers, Sales Reps & Homeowners.
- Enter quotes and Customer Orders (shared responsibilities for CS Team)
- Understand and meet the Customer's need
- Multi-task/prioritize resolution of multiple issues/requests for information
- Work in Team environment, interacting internally with co-workers/departments.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Active listener & problem solver
- Basic computer skills--Microsoft (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Prior Customer interaction experience (retail, reception, customer support)
- Speaks clearly
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- High School diploma
- Reliable transportation to/from work
