Position Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: North Bend, WA
Reporting to: Warehouse Operations Manager
Travel Required: 10%

Summary
Plans, develops, organizes, and drives improvement on a daily basis. Insures on time delivery is within acceptable levels for all Quality deliveries. Ensure daily improvement is taking place in all areas. Ensure safety for all team members and is actively involved with the safety program.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Process controls and validation from fabrication, welding and sheet metal parts.
Provide support to new supplier selection, as required.
Review suppliers quality which includes Supplier Audit, Process Discussion and Finalization, Parts Development and Process Improvements at existing supplier.
Root cause analysis, implementation of Corrective & Preventative Action (CAPA) for concerns related with Assembly line, Fabrication shop and suppliers.
Work with Supply Management to develop value added and product improvement programs.
Develop and implement effective controls and processes.
Required Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Requires 1-3+ years of supervisory experience.
Requires 2-3 years of quality assurance experience.
Requires experience in manufacturing.
Requires knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Requires a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP system and PowerPoint.
Requires excellent problem solving skills.
Requires excellent project management and planning skills.
Requires excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers about quality issues and initiatives.
Requires the ability to work at all levels of the organization, including office and shop-floor activities.
Must have the ability to lead cross functional teams.
Requires the ability to travel approximately 10% of the year.
Requires ambulatory ability to tour manufacturing facilities on a recurring basis and sit for extended periods of time.
Requires sufficient auditory ability to project voice to a small group and to carry on conversations over the phone and teams and in person.
Requires the ability to work extra hours on a daily basis if needed with short notice as production requires.
Preferred Requirements
MBA preferred.
The compensation range for this position is $81,600 - $102,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
