Job Description:
- Providing service and support to our customers, you will be creating cases to help keep their life safety and security systems working and making sure they are completed promptly. You will be part of our team answering the phones to help direct people to the right support. You will also be billing for their recurring services and helping with contract updates, cancellations, and changes.
Key Activities Include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers and directing them to the correct department
Accurate and timely contract billing - Customer Courtesy Calls (Survey)
- Sales Order Billing
- Case Billing
- Case Management
- Support Tech Time Management for Case Completion
- Answer Contract related questions and help with Contract changes and cancellations.
- Order/stock inventory for system support.
- Maintaining required documentation
Updating and maintaining service contracts in software
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Passion to learn, solve complex problems, and be self-driven.
