Your Business
The Product Marketing area specializes in developing and executing marketing plans, initiatives, promotions, and communications related to specific products and services. They define competitive market requirements and opportunities, and provide ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of existing products.
GlideScope:
We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties.
BFlex:
We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industry's first total airway solution.
Responsibilities
How You Will Add Value
New Product Introduction: Member of the core team for launch to help develop launch plans, value proposition, and messaging. Takes ownership of assigned launch activities and deliverables. Makes recommendations for product and price positioning. Develops marketing collaterals, sales kits, and sales training
Programs & Campaigns: Leads cross functional implementation of marketing plans. Works with corporate marketing on marketing campaigns
Annual Marketing Planning: Supports development of the annual marketing plan in area of responsibility
Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Participates in marketing strategy, development through contributions in the areas of market segmentation, buying personas and basic financial opportunity analysis
Field Support: Develops required sales training content and sales tools. Presents/trains field on product and marketing content and provides ongoing support
Customer Intimacy: Develops strong customer intimacy. With supervision, lead market research and competitive studies. Work effectively with network of clinical champions / key opinion leaders to support marketing efforts and help accelerate product adoption
Qualifications

Cross-functional Collaborator: You are a positive team player and are able to work in a cross functional, global environment in alignment of a shared vision and goals.
The Basics:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years relevant product management/marketing experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices
20-25% domestic and international travel required

Salary range - $73,800 - 102,600 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location. If this position is filled outside the Seattle WA metro area, this salary range will vary depending on the specific hiring location.)
Full-time non-sales employees are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
