We provide IT Support Services to Federal and State Agencies under various contract vehicles to include US GSA and other GWACs. Business partners include: CACI and LMCO. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Help Desk Support Technician in the Seattle, Washington Area. Applicant must successfully complete a background investigation. Blended work with on-site and remote work.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
Job Description
Applicant will support (in-person, remote and desk side) customers who are Scientist and Engineers in resolving desktop, laptop, and portable computer device problems to include: hardware, software, network accessibility, printer, and other peripheral device issues. Additionally, the applicant will assist in server access, email account configuration and computer security issues at Enterprise Level.

Duties
- Support in-person IT service requests
- Provide support for local and remote staff via ticketing software and video conferencing
- Maintain application and system configuration documentation by updating standard operating procedures and databases.
- Resolve open Trouble Tickets as assigned
- Collaborate on and escalate issues with other IT staff.
- Administration of desktop and laptop Systems
- Provide network printer support
- Account Provisioning
- Provide multimedia and conference room support
- Adhere to government IT policies and procedures
- Proficient at installing and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Perform testing to pro-actively identify current or pending problems or issues
- Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Education/Experience
Associate degree in a Computer Related Field or 7 years IT Support Experience
Five years Customer IT Support
Required Certifications
- Microsoft (or equivalent)
MCP, MCSA, MCSE
o TIA (or equivalent)
o Security + (or equivalent)
