The Regional Culinary Facility Manager will provide general overall management of the culinary engineering team and vendor services needed to maintain the cafe equipment. The role is responsible for managing the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements. The position will be responsible for all lines of business and third-party relationships with the assigned buildings pertaining to the culinary program. The position will also manage a team of Assistant Culinary Facility Managers.
Responsibilities:
Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position.
Communicate KPI and SLA requirements in a timely manner and partner to identify service delivery improvements and savings.
Provide quality analysis of customer feedback on an ongoing basis.
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices.
Maintain interface with third party vendors, ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical issues pertaining to the culinary program/equipment.
Provide overall facility services in accordance with accounts' standard culinary processes and procedures including application of policies and programs and coordination of information.
Ensure compliance with portfolio wide initiatives and required local, state, and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of cafe spaces entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner.
Communication and Relationship Coordination:
Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client representatives and service providers at each assigned property.
Act as an interface with the clients' culinary teams/sites remotely
Ensure appropriate and prompt follow-up with customers, managers, and vendors.
Interface with Vendors including providing direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
People Management:
Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and growth plans.
Involved in compensation planning process.
For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans, direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress.
Systems Administrator Duties:
Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for culinary services within assigned facilities and geography.
Prepare, submit, and manage culinary specific budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
3-5 years experience with facilities management and managing CMMS / work order applications
3-5 years people management experience.
Commercial kitchen management experience a huge plus
Superior customer service skills and a strong orientation to provide exceptional JLL customer experience.
Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style
Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports.
