How You'll Perform the Role
POSITION PURPOSE
Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade HVAC equipment, machinery, and processes. Maintain accurate records involving installation, maintenance, repairs and upgrades. Assist Facility Team members with additional duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
HVAC skills/trouble shooting, repairs, installation, inspections (chillers, AC units, gas packs, fans, etc.)
Installation/new project, remodels, expansions or extensions
Filter changes/vacuum pumps, outside air, oxidizer
Follow safety procedures.
Review and understand S.D.S
Documentation/write-ups, PMs, audits
Teamwork
ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
General building repairs/roofing, floors, walls, partitions, fences, gates, overhead doors, silos.
Operate equipment/forklift, man lifts, loader, snowplow (parts truck)
Plumbing repairs/sinks, toilets, ice machines, ground sprinklers
Inspections /water chemicals, loading docks, dock locks, hoist, lighting, room audits.
What We Need From You
QUALIFICATIONS:
HS Diploma or GED equivalency required.
Technical Degree or training in HVAC required.
Minimum 2 years HVAC experience required.
Understanding of Safety procedures.
Critical thinking and decision-making ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in Industrial Manufacturing a plus.
Willingness to continue training and education.
