What you will be doing:
As a Merchant Support Manager, you will be focused on collaborating with our Merchant Success and Deployment teams to ensure proper delivery of service standards and expectations from the time of equipment ordering through the ongoing maintenance and service of accounts.
- Work closely with the Deployment Managers to meet service expectations such as time to deploy, inventory levels, installation rates, and troubleshooting queues.
- Work closely with the Merchant Success Manager to meet service expectations such as call answer rates, merchant satisfaction percentages, and resolution rates.
- Act as the liaison between the Deployment team and the Merchant Success team to bridge gaps in service and ensure all sales promises are met in accordance with our Guarantees.
- Partner with the People & Performance team to review team performance metrics for both teams while providing feedback and coaching to the Managers within each function as a collaborative partner.
- Drive additional efficiencies through the use of new and innovative technologies or processes that allow our teams to deliver more memorable experiences for our customers.
- Partner with the Corporate Operations Trainer to develop ongoing training programs that enhance and support our teams across both business units.
What you will receive in return
- Base Salary Range = $60,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
