Administrative Assistant (270531)
Schedule: FTE 1.0, Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM PST, Day, Onsite
This position performs a variety of duties in support to the administrative operations of the Medical Staff Office in support to the medical staff organization. This position requires attention to detail including maintaining confidentiality of medical staff provider records and documents. This position requires accurate use Microsoft Office and credentialing software. This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and presenting at new provider orientations. Tracking of completion and entry of documentation within provider electronic records is required. This position is responsible for merging, distributing and documenting Community Ministry Board approvals of medical staff membership and privilege actions. This position records privileges within current credentialing software. This position enters and imports new privilege forms into credentialing software and assists in running and uploading provider quality reports into credentialing software. This position enters and submits requests to Service Catalog for Epic access modifications, as it relates to medical staff providers and changes in status. This position is responsible for entry and oversight of provider contact information and call schedules within Amcom (OnCall OnLine). This position is required to assist with continuous monitoring of state licensures, DEA registration certificate and certificate of insurance verifying malpractice insurance coverage. This position will assist with medical staff events. As directed by the Medical Staff Office Manager, other duties may be assigned in order to assist in ensuring the efficient and smooth operations of the Medical Staff Office.

Required Qualifications:
2 years experience with administrative assistant responsibilities within a healthcare related organization
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree
Medical staff office experience or credentials verification office experience
Experience with web-based credentialing software
