We are seeking a Senior Transportation Engineer/Project Manager with a minimum 20 years of experience designing and leading transportation engineering projects. Our Spokane office is delivering some of the most transformative projects in the Inland Northwest. This position will provide the opportunity for you to help our diverse and wonderful clients plan, design and implement their highway/bridge, transit and aviation projects and programs and:
Lead multidiscipline teams on stimulating and challenging multi-disciplinary projects, from planning through design and construction
Coaching and mentoring junior staff
Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and external clients
Lead development of engineering studies, designs and construction documents (PS&E)
Build and foster client relationships
Lead business development pursuits and market clients
Grow our practice in the Inland NW
This position demands a self-starter type, with a passion for client service, high-quality engineering and business development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
A minimum of 20 years of civil engineering and project management experience
PE in Washington State or the ability to get reciprocity.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
Excellent leadership skills
History of building and fostering relationships with clients
