Staffing Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid position, requiring a balance of in-office work, remote collaboration, and regular travel within the Seattle Metro area. The salary range is $85,000-$120,000 DOE.
Primary Function:
As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in generating new staffing business, building lasting relationships with clients, and positioning SIGMADESIGN as the preferred staffing service provider. This role involves a combination of outside sales, client relationship management, and strategic business development. Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Seattle Metro area to expand SIGMADESIGN's client base.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their staffing needs and becoming their trusted staffing partner.
Client Visits: Conduct regular in-person visits to clients within the greater Seattle Metro Area to strengthen relationships, gain insights, and provide exceptional service.
Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present staffing proposals and quotes to clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of SIGMADESIGN's services.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure staffing agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and offerings accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of staffing projects, matching client needs with suitable candidates.
Performance Metrics: Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators related to business growth and client satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback to management.
Adhere to Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities)
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
+ Minimum of 1-year proven track record in outside sales, business development, or account management; sales experience within the staffing industry preferred.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients.
+ Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
+ Proactive approach to identifying and solving complex staffing issues.
+ Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group.
+ Willingness to travel within the greater Seattle Metro Area on a weekly basis.

+ Pass a post-offer background verification.
Work Environment
Standard office environment with normal office-related conditions. Will be required to travel to client sites, tradeshows, and SIGMADESIGN facilities as needed.
